The program

Lottie Draw sends optional text messages about your own orders and reveals. You only get texts if you enter your mobile number and tick the (unchecked) box that says you agree. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

What we text

• Order received
• Your reveal video is ready (with its link)
• An optional reminder before your event

No marketing or promotional texts.

How often

Message frequency varies: usually 1 to 3 texts per order. Msg & data rates may apply.

Help and stopping texts

Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to cancel at any time; you get one text confirming you are unsubscribed and no more after that. You can also write to hello@lottiedraw.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your number

We use your mobile number only to send the texts you asked for. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See the Privacy policy and the Terms.
