Questions
What counts as one event?
One event is one draw for one group, for example "the Smith family Secret Santa 2026". Any draw type, any group size. A Premium Event lasts a year, and a reveal video order for that event includes its Premium Event.
Do bigger groups cost more?
Draws and Premium: no. The draw is free for any size group, and a Premium Event is $5.99 whether you have 4 people or 400. Themed reveal videos are $6.99 + $1 per person, so 4 people is $10.99 (the Premium Event is included).
What's free?
The draw at any group size, keep-apart rules (as many as you need), wishlists, share links, printables, basic email invites, and 30 personalized Lottie reveals a month with a free sign-in. Themed reveal videos (a seasonal scene with each name) are an add-on, price based on group size: $6.99 + $1 per person. The draw itself is free and unlimited; the monthly limit is only on the animated reveal.
Lottie reveal or themed reveal video?
Lottie reveal (free): Lottie the owl reveals each person's match. 30 a month free with a free sign-in; no cap with a Premium Event or Lottie Plus. Themed reveal video (add-on, price based on group size): Seasonal scenes with each name in them, $6.99 + $1 per person. Includes a Premium Event.
How does a reveal video work?
Draw your names, then order the video with your group's names. Every match gets its own cozy animated scene with the name in it. Share it as one video for the whole group, or keep each draw private. You get a TV version and a phone version when you choose: as soon as it's ready (within 24 hours) or at a date and time you pick.
Do my participants pay anything?
No. Only the organizer pays, and only if they want a Premium Event ($5.99) or Lottie Plus (every event that year). Everyone in the exchange gets the emails and reveals free.
Is a Premium Event free with a reveal video?
Yes. Order a reveal video for an event and that event's Premium Event is included ($5.99 value), with every Premium Event feature.
A Premium Event or Lottie Plus?
The features are the same. A Premium Event is $5.99 for one event and one group, good for a year. Lottie Plus covers every event for a year, and every Plus year adds a $10 credit for Premium Events, next year's Lottie Plus, or up to half of any video. 3 or more events a year? Plus is cheaper: 3 Premium Events cost $17.97, Plus is $14.99, and it adds a $10 credit for Premium Events, next year's Lottie Plus, or up to half of any video. Ordering a reveal video? Plus's $10 credit pays up to half of it right away.
How does the credit work?
Every Plus year, the first and each renewal, adds a $10 credit for Premium Events, next year's Lottie Plus, or up to half of any video, good for one full year. Credit can pay for a whole PREMIUM event or a whole Lottie Plus year. On a personalized video, credit pays up to half: on a $30 video you can use up to $15, because custom videos take real computing power to make. It doesn't pay rush fees; refund credit can pay for anything. All your credit is one balance, the credit that expires first is used first, and we email you before any of it expires.
What happens if I cancel?
Plus renews once a year. If you cancel, any unused Plus credit ends. Credit is never paid out as cash.
Refunds?
Refunds go back to your card. If you'd rather, we can give it to you as store credit: what you paid comes back as refund credit, which never expires and can cover a whole order, and any promo credit you used comes back as promo credit.
